Desmania considers Design Research as the most important ingredient that precedes the creative design process. Secondary Research is carried out by designers to get acclimatised to the eco system and market trends. This is followed by Primary Research where designers have interactive immersion with users. Primary Research helps in capturing user insights through Ethnographic study and Psychometric interactions.
Desmania has firm belief that Design Research is best carried out by designers who would eventually design the product. The diagram below is a good representative model of our holistic approach.
