Innovation is different from design and so is the approach. Innovation is a common buzzword in the industry but is easier said than done. Though innovation is fraught with tremendous risk of failure. Design thinking process can substantially reduce the risk of failure through its rapid validation of PoC through prototyping and testing. After working with some MNCs on global innovation projects, we were able to evolve a special program that reduces risk and paves way for some breakthrough patentable ideas. ILD has the potential to:
